SHIPPING PROCEDURES
Orders are processed Moday-Friday between 9:00am-5:00pm CST. All orders typically ship the following business day via UPS or FedEx Ground services from our warehouses in California.
EXPEDITED SHIPPING | SIGNATURE/DELIVERY CONFIRMATION | INSURANCE
In most cases, orders are eligible for additional shipping services including faster, expedited shipping, signature confirmation, delivery confirmation and package insurance. These services must be requested prior to placing an order and customers are responsible for the additional fees associated with these services. Orders placed using our standard free shipping method do not include signature confirmation, delivery confirmation or insurance. Please note that delivery companies such as UPS and FedEx frequently leave packages outside residences and businesses unless customers require signature confirmation. Wine-Bar Accessories, the shipper and shipping delivery company are not responsible for packages once they have reached the shipping address destination.
OUT-OF-STOCK | DISCONTINUED | BACK-ORDERED ITEMS
In the event that an item you have ordered is out-of-stock, discontinued or on back-order we will notify you immediately with this information and your credit card transaction will not be processed. You may choose to keep your order and accept the estimated back-order date or cancel your order immediately.
TRACKING NUMBERS
Unfortunately, we do not provide tracking numbers for your order unless seven(7) full business days have passed since the order was processed.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept a return for a full refund or an exchange for a different item, color or size.
The Following Guidelines Apply For All Returns & Exchanges:
- Merchandise must be in original box/packaging and condition.
- Merchandise must be free of scuffs, stains, scratches, odor, discoloration, and blemishes.
- Returns will be accepted up to 30 DAYS from the original purchase date.
- Returns must include a completed Return Form.
- Packages sent back to us without a Return Form may delay the return process by an additional 5-7 business days.
- Customer is responsible for cost of packaging and shipping item(s) to us.

DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE
All merchandise is guaranteed within 30 days of the purchase date from manufacturer defects such as product malfunction and from damage to an item occuring during the shipment process. If any product you purchase is defective under these criteria we will replace the product or issue you a credit for a full refund.
Cracks, scuffs, scratches, and all other imperfections occuring after receipt of goods are not covered under any guarantee or warranty by either Wine-Bar Accessories or the manufacturer. In addition, merchandise that is deemed used cannot be returned or exchanged.
If you think you may have merchandise that is defective please contact us immediately at vinobarn@yahoo.com for a Return Authorization. Merchandise will not be evaluated for defects after 30 days from the purchase date.
